20 20 20 

Our 20 20 20 class combines 20 min or STEP aerobics and 20 min of both strength training and toning exercises. Finishes up with 20 min of core conditioning followed by a quik cool down and stretch. Our StepItUp is groovin and steppin to the sounds of the street. Inspired by the movie Step Up you will be facin off in da crib!! Fun Fun Fun!! Our STEP KICK BOX class is traditional Step aerobics mixed with CardioKick includes conditioning so come ready to sweat! CardioKick is a Cardio workout with traditional boxing moves and a combo of Martial Arts conditioning with a little funk flavor added in for good measure! It's sure to get you turnin and burnin and movin and groovin!! Hip Hop Hustle is nothing but fun fun fun! Tradition hip hop dance moves that will have sweatin, poppin and lockin all while burning tons of calories! What's not to like? All classes are a total body challenge and a great way to start your weekend! We Mix up our cardio classes offered at 8:30 AM so click on the monthly schedule for specific dates! Try one or try them all!!


A dynamic and exciting class full of Latin and exotic music flavors. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It targets areas such as glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the most important muscle in the body, the heart! It is a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy to follow dance steps.

Core Attack

A fitness program should not simply focus on abs, but should certainly include some valuable core strengthening exercises. Due to popular demand, we offer classes designed just for your abs. These classes target all areas of the abdominal muscles and are guaranteed to tighten, tone, and strengthen all areas of the waistline. These classes are an excellent blend of all of the core muscles designed to create the functional strength you are looking for.

Belly Dancing

Within minutes of trying to shake, shimmy and gyrate your belly, you will know you are in for a good workout. There is a lot more to belly dancing than meets the eye. You'll feel most of the burn in the torso while they also focus on arms and legs.It's a gentle total body workout that strengthens core muscles while getting the heart moving. The benefits of belly dance are both mental and physical. Dancing provides a good cardiovascular workout and helps increase both flexibility and strength.

Indoor Cycling

Whether you are just getting started or have an established training program, we can help you achieve your fitness or racing goals with our cycling program. Cycling can offer benefits for both fitness and fat burning. You can vary your programs so that you can alternate between fitness and fat burning, or a program that includes both. And you don't need to cycle for hours on end. Twenty to thirty minutes of exercise is usually sufficient for good results.

Fit N Flexible

Our comprehensive class is designed with YOU in mind. Fit N Flexible will help to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, stabilization, balance and overall wellness.It is appropriate for all beginners, seniors, persons with health issues and anyone else looking for a more gentle approach to fitness.

Step Aerobics

Step training is a variation of stair climbing in which a raised platform - or step - is employed to perform a number of routines. These step patterns ensure a high intensity workout - 30% more body fat metabolized than in traditional aerobics. However these are still low impact exercises that place only mild stress on the feet and joints. We offer programs for all fitness levels, join a class today

A Les Mills registered trade marked program focusing on all over STRENGTH TRAINING utilizing primarily a barbell assembly. Awesome music and highly skilled instructors...don't miss it!! It's The original barbell 


A total body program focusing on all over muscle toning and conditioning utilizing primarily resistabands. May include other forms of resistance.
